Republic Title Company is a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA), and is a title issuing agent for one of the country's largest title underwriters.  By becoming a member / agent of Republic Title's "ASAP " program, you will be able to offer your real estate clients a comprehensive range of services.

Becoming a member / agent is simple.  Just fill out an application.  Republic Title Company will complete the State and underwriting paperwork and will obtain your State of Illinois licensing.

The ASAP program is user-friendly by Web, email, phone, fax, or postal mail.

After you place a title order, the search package is produced and delivered to your office for review and examination.  The title findings are transmitted to us and the title commitment is completed.  We do the closing, record all documents, send the mortgage payoff, obtain release deed, and issue policy.  Simple and straightforward.  This program was designed for you, the attorney.
